Our monthly memberships offer a comprehensive range of services to cater to your healthcare needs. Memberships include Fastpass Booking, unlimited virtual consultations during business hours, discounted labs and supplements, routine preventative care, medication refills and one in-home visit per quarter. 1. Individual Membership:

   • Monthly Fee: $125

2. Family Membership:

   • Monthly Fee: $300

   • Covers two adults and up to two children aged 13- 18; additional children can be added for an extra fee.

3. Senior Membership (65+), Veterans and First Responders:

   • Monthly Fee: $100

   • Includes services tailored to geriatric care, dementia care, chronic disease management, and one in-home visit per quarter.
